Boston City Council refuses to allow a Satanic group be open a council session with an invocation. According to Travis LeSaffre, head of the Boston chapter of the National Satanic Temple, the refusal reflects the fact that, “People who are unwilling to accept Satan as a figurehead of eternal rebellion tend to be more close-minded.”
